Company History

Telling Industries began manufacturing metal framing with a deep passion and understanding of construction and the steel industry. We started manufacturing and shipping metal framing in October 2004 with the opening of our first location in Cambridge, OH.

We added operations in Osceola, AR in November 2006 and opened a newly built Kingman, AZ operation in December 2008. In September 2009, we added sales departments in Osceola and Kingman, which effectively doubled our customer service locations and inside sales coverage.

Since our inception, we have continued to grow as a company. In addition to adding three new locations, Telling has doubled product offerings and achieved multiple industry certifications. We have purchased several state of the art roll forming machines and metal processing equipment. Telling is continually expanding our shipping zones to improve on the already excellent service for which we are known.

Telling is a member of the Steel Stud Manufacturers Association (SSMA) as well as many other organizations dedicated to preserving the integrity of construction materials. In November 2008 Telling earned International Code Council approval with the issuing of our ICC-ESR 2281. In June 2009, Telling earned SSMA Certification an all applicable products governed under the SSMA Certification program at that time. Telling submits to quarterly, ICC certified third party inspections at all locations to maintain our ICC Report and SSMA Certification.
